As a Construction Manager at All South Consulting Engineers, you will help to steer the success of our projects. Acting as the primary liaison between project owners, design teams and contractors in the Greater New Orleans, Louisiana area.
- Construction Oversight: Manage daily construction operations, ensuring strict adherence to project specifications, and regulatory guidelines.
- Team Coordination: Serve as the central point of contact for project owners, design team, contractors and
facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. - Project Administration: Review and approve
,shop drawings, RFIs, and request for change orders while maintaining comprehensive project records. - Site Management: Conduct regular site visits to monitor schedule progress, ensure quality control, and address challenges.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all construction activities meet local, state, and federal standards, including FEMA guidelines and municipal codes, as required.
- Leadership & Mentorship: Foster professional growth within project teams and contribute to refining company-wide best practices.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred
- Experience: At least 10 years of experience in construction management or administration.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with construction project management tools and computer programs.
